Cabs of an ADT can be functioned up to a 45-degree angle from the body, which makes an allowance to be tight turning radius like a vehicle size. By all-wheel drive, they are massive for work sites that demand serious navigation and have heavy mud conditions, hills, and other hurdles to get through.
ADT’s are easily maneuverable load haul dumps which also means they are not made as large as similar-sized RDTs. They are 4-feet less wide for easy usage; however, it has restricted load volume.

To select the right ADT, you have to determine what type of terrain will be traversed and how far you can have to drive the load and what material is needed to be carried.
Long hauling distances are less efficient with an ADT due to smaller capacity. However, in a few cases, it is unavoidable if an ADT is required at difficult work sites.
